Very friendly and hard working coworkers make the work environment great. Managers take notice of hard work and reward accordingly. Very forward looking leadership. Plenty of room for advancement.

Cons

Hospitality is a 24/7 industry so there may be times when you have to be flexible with hours.

Excellent management that truly care and enjoy what they do. Team engagement activities and meetings are frequent and fun. This company has many opportunities for employees to learn more and move up in their career. They even have an MIT program! The benefits are a great perk as well. Work life balance is great as well when you put requests in two weeks in advance.

- pay could be better - no 401k for all employees
