Pros

- Invest in their team (education, organizations, etc) - No micromanagement - Executive members are approachable - Smaller company - Hilton brand perks - Incentive Structure - 2 weeks PTO after 90 days (continues to build yearly) and they encourage you to take it - company even gave each manager an extra week of PTO at the end of 2020 after a hard year in hospitality - Monthly phone reimbursement - Fitness membership reimbursement - Only hospitality company that I know of that did not immediately furlough their sales team during COVID. The first furlough didn't happen until 2021

Pros

Excellent management that truly care and enjoy what they do. Team engagement activities and meetings are frequent and fun. This company has many opportunities for employees to learn more and move up in their career. They even have an MIT program! The benefits are a great perk as well. Work life balance is great as well when you put requests in two weeks in advance.

- pay could be better - no 401k for all employees
