I have loved my time with Parks. They personify the work is family mindset that it takes to be successful in our Industry. Parks makes sure we have the means and freedom to lead out teams and let our own personalities shine. Our culture is a reflection of this rare work mentality that set us a part. Parks cares about their people and work life balance. I am beyond thankful for my time with Parks.

Pros

Excellent management that truly care and enjoy what they do. Team engagement activities and meetings are frequent and fun. This company has many opportunities for employees to learn more and move up in their career. They even have an MIT program! The benefits are a great perk as well. Work life balance is great as well when you put requests in two weeks in advance.

- pay could be better - no 401k for all employees
