Great company outlook and bonus structure Positive environment from top to bottom

Cons

Management not being up-front that the hotel was for sale and while they were hiring. Within 60 days of employment I was out of a job because the hotel was being sold.

Pros

Excellent management that truly care and enjoy what they do. Team engagement activities and meetings are frequent and fun. This company has many opportunities for employees to learn more and move up in their career. They even have an MIT program! The benefits are a great perk as well. Work life balance is great as well when you put requests in two weeks in advance.

- pay could be better - no 401k for all employees
