We thank you for your time and dedication to Partners in Excellence and I am glad to hear you are feeling rewarded from working with our clients. In response to the wages, I want you to know we recently reviewed all of our competitors wages as well as the state average for pay for this line of work, and we are paying right in line with these averages.
We continue to work at our communication with staff and management each and every day. We communicate through our newsletter, the Partners' Press, our quarterly Management Newsletter, as well as trainings and additional meetings. Again, the doors are open to you to always come and talk and bring up any concerns you may have.
We are working at updating our center and have recently hired a new cleaning crew. As you can imagine, it can be difficult to always keep the center spotless due to the nature of the work, but we are addressing each concern as quickly as possible.
Lastly, our turnover rate is actually LOWER than the state and national average. Due to the nature of the job, it is considered a high-turnover position and this is fairly normal. Regardless, we address each concern during our exit interviews and always hope that our employees will stay with us as long as it is a great position for them.
