      -Decent Pay -Children and families are wonderful to work with -Coworkers make it manageable

      -Management/Supervisors have too much on their plates -Company is not what it used to be -Priorities are centered around "company" success, not client's growth or employee's growth/happiness

      Not easy to accrue pto and it is not separate from sick time.
