Tough work but supportive team - Behavior Therapist Partners in Excellence Employee Review

The work is extremely tough and I think this is very much understated, especially if you have little to no experience working with children. There is much support in the company and staff is there for you, but no one really tells you that it's "normal" to see so much aggressive behavior in the children, how overstimulating the workplace can be, and that most days, you'll wind up crying after your shifts from exhaustion and overstimulation. All in all, this job was not for me as I did not have the mental capacity to handle the kiddos we worked with, but all my coworkers and manager were amazing.
