Pros

The doctors are really nice, they are all very knowledgeable and try to motivate you.

Cons

Lots of drama, dental assistants like to get in your business and complain when you’re out- shouldn’t be anyones business but it turns out to be. Appleton’s supervisor is unprofessional and feeds off the “DA Trainer”. They often make comments about gossip and can’t wait to share it with each other. Nasty vibes. Not too impressed with HR either. Just nice when you’re new and then they over work you. The rest is for you to find out yourself. Good luck!

Pros

It's a good place to work. Like any other work place they have their issues...work place drama eyc....the big difference is they are actively trying to improve, and I've noticed things getting better, slowly but still better.

Hire more support staff in dental

Dedication to community and providing health care to all.

Cons

Benefits are terrible, many employees who work here must rely on local resources to help cover family needs. Leadership does not act on organization-wide "anonymous" satisfaction surveys which pose the question of "What needs to change?"
