Way over worked Low pay compared to other places Company cares more about encounters than the safety and work life balance of its employees Aggressive patients allowed to do what they want Upper management always lying, and caught doing so during meetings

Pros

It's a good place to work. Like any other work place they have their issues...work place drama eyc....the big difference is they are actively trying to improve, and I've noticed things getting better, slowly but still better.

Dedication to community and providing health care to all.

Cons

Benefits are terrible, many employees who work here must rely on local resources to help cover family needs. Leadership does not act on organization-wide "anonymous" satisfaction surveys which pose the question of "What needs to change?"
