Pros

PartsSource is an aggressively growing company that is actively setting the framework for its next chapter. If you are willing to work hard it is incredibly rewarding as we look forward to the future. There are great people in senior management and in non management roles who have a strong work ethic to make success happen. Many of the new hires at the director level have amazing contributions to make and I'm encouraged by the quality of people that are leading teams. If you are willing to keep up and learn new things, it is an invigorating environment.

Cons

Like many companies, there are some growing pains. PartsSource is evolving from its previous chapter to a new one. The transition can be hard for people who are not open to change or who have not understood that by doing things differently we are opening new doors. Prioritizing those opportunities and moving as a cohesive unit is sometimes difficult, but everyone is definitely working hard to enhance the best healthcare marketplace possible. Sometimes it can feel like there arent enough hours in the day or resources to get everything done, but that's what happens when you're ambitious.

Pros

I've spent a long stretch on the Technology team here in the Hudson office, and PartsSource continues to grow, change, and evolve in a genuinely positive direction. What stands out most is leadership. They partner with and actually listen to the employee base, and they stay focused on strategic growth rather than short-term noise. The mission, "Ensuring Healthcare is Always On," isn't a poster on the wall. People here understand it and take pride in it, and that shared sense of purpose shapes the culture. Work-life balance is respected, the culture is collaborative and supportive, and there's real, continuous opportunity to learn and grow. It's been an exciting run, and I'm looking forward to what's ahead.

Cons

Growth is fast, both organic and through acquisitions, which brings occasional growing pains as the company integrates and figures things out. Part of the tradeoff for the momentum.

Pros

There are a number of genuinely talented, smart people across functions, and I learned a lot from the colleagues around me.

Cons

Prospective applicants and those interested in acquiring the company may want to read the reviews here with a heavy dose of discernment and skepticism. A number of the recent positive reviews appear to have been at the encouragement of management and HR, and the timing seems connected to the company preparing for a sale, so they may not reflect the typical employee experience. Based on my own time here, I would not recommend the role to anyone who prioritizes their wellbeing, meaningful work, and work-life balance. The environment took a real toll on mine. The organization is top-heavy, and leadership's attention often seems directed at the wrong priorities. Leadership also protects the wrong people and has little insight into how stretched most teams are, often with few resources. Many talented people stay mainly because of the promise of a future equity or stock payout rather than the work itself, which points to a retention problem rooted in incentives rather than genuine engagement.
