I seen our company grow from 100 to over 400 Employees. Our mission of “Keeping Health Care On” has been rewarding knowing that our team members are talented and dedicated to excellence. We can adapt and pivot to new opportunities given our vast talent pool. We strive for excellences on all platforms of our business making our employees and customers our number one priority.
Cons
When there is growth there are challenges. We are in growth mode and onboarding new employees getting them up to speed and trained always slows down productivity until the employee gains confidence in the assigned area. That time varies per individual.
