Pros
Great culture - things have improved over past year or two, with biweekly in-office lunches, brand new office space, and quarterly in-person meetings and working sessions. Very results focused, with all employees as owners through equity grants, and results are transparently shared with most employees. Collaborative nature in general across the organization.
Cons
Focus on results at all times can lead company to be a bit short-term focused at times, with sometimes unrealistic goals presented to teams. Morale doesn't seem to be low, so maybe not a bad thing - but does get tiring not hitting numbers even though company is still growing at a strong pace. Equity grant is great, but unclear when that will vest and what it will be worth when it ultimately does, and that is sometimes used as a replacement for actual merit increases, which can be frustrating for employees.
