Pros
The company has a clear mission, and it’s easy to connect the day-to-day work to something meaningful. What I’ve appreciated most is that this isn’t a place stuck in its ways — there’s real momentum behind improving how we work, how we’re structured, and how people are supported. The conversations happening at the leadership level are the right ones, and there’s a growing effort to make those changes visible and actionable. It feels like progress, not just talk. Also, the people here care. That shows up in how they work and how they show up for each other.
Cons
With all the movement — new people, org shifts, systems catching up — it can feel like a lot at times. Not necessarily in a bad way, but you have to be comfortable navigating through some gray. There’s still work to do to make communication feel consistent and grounded, especially during change. That said, I’ve seen that gap being acknowledged and worked on.
