Pros
I have only been here a few months but I can already see the great potential at Path Robotics. The products we are working on will not only be the first of their kind, they will also satisfy a very rich market. This means great potential for growth, and with company growth comes personal growth. Management is very transparent because they want every employee to feel a personal connection to the company as a whole, and this brings greater responsibility that most people won't get at larger companies.
Cons
I don't really have any downsides. The only thing I would note is that, as with any startup, everyone is expected to pitch in. Sometimes, this can mean somewhat long hours, but nothing crazy. With that said, management is more than accommodating and I've never had any problems getting time off.
