Pros

Great to work with a bunch of hard-working, dedicated people who are building a successful company. People are here because they want to be, and because they want to make a meaningful contribution. The benefits are great, and the work environment is the best I've experienced.

Cons

Hours can be long, but that is to be expected with a startup. There are also some growing pains, but nothing not to be expected in a high growth environment.
