Pros
- The product market potential is tremendous, there's going to be a very high demand for this capability in manufacturing and what Path is doing - Very supportive senior leadership who is open to feedback and encourages the team to share ideas on how to make things better - Excellent benefits and compensation, very competitive to other similar high-growth/VC-backed organizations - Given the current state of the organization, there's a lot of opportunity for new people to have a pretty big impact on how things get done - Excellent communication in terms of company wide news, there are monthly virtual all hands where you get to learn about what's happening at the company outside of your bubble - Have made some very strong hires recently and reward people doing good work with promotions
Cons
- If you're looking to be able to hide in the background and clock in/clock out this is probably not the place for you - With high growth with headcount, processes and ownership is still getting sorted out, this can frustrate someone who needs everything laid out nicely - If you don't like ambiguity and uncertainty, may not be for you - Almost 99% of communications happen over Slack, it can be a little chaotic to manage it all if you come from a place that uses e-mail in addition to real-time messaging - important messages can get lost or missed and priorities can be misinterpreted
