Pros
Path Robotics is a start-up company, they are trying to change the world of manufacturing. You have the opportunity to be apart of something new and innovative. (Think Tesla, Amazon, google). This requires hard work, grit, and collaboration. It is not easy but it is worth it. The culture is great! During one of the most challenging times in my life (the loss of a child), the company stood by me and supported my family. I was able to take off with no questions asked. The pay is on par with top FAANG companies for AE The Benefits are amazing If you want to be a part of something big I would recommend Path Robotics.
Cons
You will read many negative comments about this company here and everyone has the right to their opinion, but I can honestly say that Path was a great experience. was there adversity- yes, Did I disagree with leadership sometimes- yes., but If I had to do it all over again I would work for Path. Do your own research and make the best decision for yourself. I'm grateful for my time at Path and if you are an AE looking for a great opportunity go for it.
