Pros

Passionate co-workers, amazing clients, great mission, I really love the clients and they are the main reason I stay.

Cons

Lack of funding, low employee morale, no merit or cost of living raises, no room to share ideas to improve the company (ideas get shot down or ignored)

Pros

Pathways was at one time one of the most supportive, exciting, fun, and welcoming places to work. They did fantastic work with an extremely difficult population and the atmosphere around the office was like one big family

Cons

This organization is a sinking ship. Terrible administrative decisions made constantly and just total disorganization from top to bottom. If you want to be taken advantage of, pushed to your limits, and then fired for no reason--go work here. I wouldn't be surprised if the whole program closed down within a year. What a sad situation
