Great Company - Project Manager PatientGain Employee Review

Work from home - Clear directions from management - clear communications - My managers are (directors) not the owner - and they are extremely good. I do not work with the owner - I work with the directors who are extremely professional. My pay is 40% more than before I joined this company. So overall pay in more than competition. There is supposed to be a profit sharing for top performers. I guess I am one of them, as I am getting about 20% additional pay - They pay profit sharing every month, depending on how company performs.

Although it is work from home, but I have to be focused on work. I cannot do any side jobs. Which does not give me the flexibility I was looking for.

This job is one of the best place to work. It's a remote based Job and everyone works easily from the comfort of their home. We all work together like a team and we believe in teamwork. The whole team is supportive including our Boss/Owner. The pay-scale is very good and if someone works with complete motivation and productivity they can achieve their dreams easily with the help of this job. This is the company where i have seen if someone works hard and with complete honesty - They will get the success/promotions they deserve. This job is a dream job for those who are tech-savvy and love spending time on their computers. When i started this job i was a completely different person and now im completely different. I have achieved so many good things in my life because of this job. My boss respects me and everyone else in the company and he always teaches us the right things in life we need to do in order to succeed.
