      Great benefits and compensation. People are great and job is never boring. Flexible hours. Lots of company lunches and vendor supplied breakfasts.

      Cons

      Upper management is not open to new ideas and project management is borderline non-existent. The rig up yard has a fog of negativity that originates from management.

      Benefits are decent and work from home is available.

      Cons

      Management is bipolar and constantly changing. Too much of a popularity contest to move up, management doesn’t want to get their hands dirty to thin the pack of the weak ones.
