      Good pay lots of hrs, nice equipment and a real good bunch of guys to work with. Everyone word together and pulls there own weight.

      Cons

      2 weeks away from everything you love, some supervisors need to pay attention more to how the employees are learning there trade and to get more involved in the over all operations

      Benefits are decent and work from home is available.

      Cons

      Management is bipolar and constantly changing. Too much of a popularity contest to move up, management doesn’t want to get their hands dirty to thin the pack of the weak ones.
