      Pros

      Their inefficiency due to treaters rigging up equipment only to get their bonus(as long as they open the well & put 1 pump in gear they'll get it) CREATES a lot of work for all employees😁 Specially during 1st stages

      Cons

      Sometimes on 1st stage half the pumps didn't work, & had to replace blender more than twice on first day of the job

      Benefits are decent and work from home is available.

      Cons

      Management is bipolar and constantly changing. Too much of a popularity contest to move up, management doesn’t want to get their hands dirty to thin the pack of the weak ones.
