      Smart and hard working people. Generally people are pretty nice as well. Pay is good/competitive.

      Cons

      Benefits aren't great. Bare minimum holidays. PTO roll year over year is low.

      Benefits are decent and work from home is available.

      Cons

      Management is bipolar and constantly changing. Too much of a popularity contest to move up, management doesn’t want to get their hands dirty to thin the pack of the weak ones.
