      Listens to employees and seeks their experience to operate the business. Fosters an environment of collaboration. HR has a seat at the table with the business leaders and I feel valued.

      No major cons at this point. I understand we are working towards a lot of harmonization and trying to find the best way to provide the company and business support, this will all take some time.
