I have been working at Pavion former Corbett Technology Solutions Inc. -CTSI for 23 years and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience here. The company culture is incredibly supportive and fosters an environment of growth. I can attest to the personal growth, I have been in administrative, Sales, Project management and now a manger of a huge team. Sky's the limit if you have the right attitude. The company's commitment to creating a positive work environment is evident in everything they do. From the supportive leadership to the work life balance, I highly recommend Pavion to anyone looking for a fulfilling and enjoyable workplace. While Pavion is a fantastic place to work overall, no company is perfect, there are a few areas where I believe improvements can be made. Slow communication between departments & Limited recognition of contributions. Lots of changes due to acquisitions and systems changes
