      Pros

      Great atmosphere, culture and a growing company. If you want to work somewhere you are able to move up and make decent pay, this is a place to be. A really good place to learn and gain knowledge about the IT channel and the chance to add certifications to your resume.

      Cons

      Too much change and not enough structure.

Also a growing start up, change can be an unfortunate growing pain but it sounds like you appreciate all the positives that Pax8 has to offer as well and we hope you are pleased with what we implement as we move forward together into 2018.

      Pax8 is awesome! It's a very diverse culture both professionally and personality-wise and they care!

      Pros

      Honestly the PTO and some of the people are pretty solid

      Cons

      Yeah, it is an over glorified call centre with minimal benefit. Definitely feels like there is a lack of growth despite being in a fake urgency of “unicorn super growth”
