      Pros

      Fun company that has a lot of young professionals and tries to keep creating opportunities for its employees.

      Cons

      It is still Sales, and no matter what people get the short stick. Also most of the managers are very young and incompetent so you could really get a bad team and not be in a great situation.

      Pax8 is awesome! It's a very diverse culture both professionally and personality-wise and they care!

      Pros

      Honestly the PTO and some of the people are pretty solid

      Cons

      Yeah, it is an over glorified call centre with minimal benefit. Definitely feels like there is a lack of growth despite being in a fake urgency of “unicorn super growth”
