Multi-layered structure, Lots of moving parts. Bit of a pressure cooker. Emphasis is all on net new MRR. That's normal but it's all about growth, nothing else

Thank you for leaving us a review with a balance of positive and constructive feedback. Pax8 is experiencing common growing pains for a hyper-growth start-up and sometimes it can feel like a lot of pressure. That said, we are glad to hear that you appreciate the human touch we value so much here. Thanks again for leaving us the review.

Pros
Strong individual contributors who are partner-centric. New office is nice for hybrid work.
Cons
What was once a strong culture has eroded significantly due to poor leadership, misaligned talent in key roles, and a chronic lack of strategic direction and communication. Tenure or relationships are rewarded over competence, and those at the top protect each other — even when decisions have negatively impacted the business and/or partners.
People are treated as revenue-generating assets, not human beings. Leadership is so deeply disconnected from the real problems that have persisted for years.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We’re really pleased to hear that our people, partner focus, and hybrid workspace stood out positively for you—these remain core to who we are. We also recognise that maintaining a strong culture as we grow takes ongoing focus. We continue to invest in strengthening leadership capability, improving how we communicate and align on strategy, and creating more consistent ways for feedback to be heard and acted on across the business. We know there’s always more to do in these areas, and insights like this play an important role in helping us improve and we hope you took time to share this feedback internally via leadership or our anonymous channels whilst you worked with us.
We appreciate you sharing your experience and wish you all the best for the future.
