1yThank you for leaving us a review, We value feedback even when it's hard to read. I'm sorry to hear you're having such a negative experience at Pax8. We have grown significantly over the last few years in terms of market share and global reach which has means we've needed to add processes and governance. I appreciate for some this can feel bureaucratic vs the start up phase but its a necessary evolution.
As you've chosen to remain with us, it feels like there must be part of you that wants to be here for more than the "could be worse" pay. Please do reach out and speak to your people leader or POps Business Partner to see how we can improve things. We appreciate an open dialogue and opportunity to act on areas for improvement.
