Great opportunities to grow and develop yourself. Making waves in the market and changing the industry. Constant change

Cons

Reaching a point of maturity that naturally comes with challenges, and not everyone will handle it the same way. Constant change is both a good and a bad thing, as if you are not prepared for constant change, you will struggle.

I can only agree with your assessment that we have been moving though an inflexion point in terms of our maturity as an organisation and we can choose to focus on what we're losing or what we're gaining. We are working hard with various restructures in communications, strategic operations and people operations to help Pax8ers be more prepared for and supported through change.

Pros

Strong individual contributors who are partner-centric. New office is nice for hybrid work.

Cons

What was once a strong culture has eroded significantly due to poor leadership, misaligned talent in key roles, and a chronic lack of strategic direction and communication. Tenure or relationships are rewarded over competence, and those at the top protect each other — even when decisions have negatively impacted the business and/or partners. People are treated as revenue-generating assets, not human beings. Leadership is so deeply disconnected from the real problems that have persisted for years.
