We’re pleased to hear that you appreciated some of the benefits we offer to support wellbeing and create a positive, inclusive workplace. These are areas we continue to invest in as part of our commitment to the overall employee experience.
However, I am sorry to hear you felt your contributions were overlooked and you weren't set up for success during your time. I acknowledge our sales team has been working though a significant transformation over the last few years involving upgrades to technology, a new sales methodology and changes to targets and quota setting.
During your time with us, we hope you felt able to raise concerns or share feedback through the channels available - whether that was with your manager, People Business Partner, or via our anonymous listening tools. These routes are in place to ensure everyone has a voice and can help shape improvements.
