We’re glad to hear you value some of the benefits we offer, such as in-office perks and flexible work options. These are part of our ongoing efforts to support wellbeing and create a positive employee experience.
In terms of your concerns about leadership and communication - we acknowledge that as Pax8 has grown and evolved - some of our internal processes and ways of working have not always landed as intended. We are actively working to improve cross-functional collaboration and reduce silos, and we know there’s more to do.
