This year, we focused on building tools and resources to provide development opportunities for our people, including a new leadership development program and skills training courses and workshops. It’s no secret that PayByPhone has grown immensely over the past few years, and a priority for us going forward is to ensure our people have the opportunities to grow and develop into strong leaders. Transformation takes time and we are investing in it.
