- They are open to improving and listen to employees to make this happen
Cons
- You need to work some later hours to be on calls with the head office (if your roles requires this), however flexibility is allowed so you can get this time back in the day
- The work environment is fast paced and the workload is high, ensure you are used to this are are ok manging your own stress levels
