Yes, we very recently announced a Remote-First approach while still having a physical presence in downtown Vancouver enabling team-members to collaborate from the office whenever they like. Our health insurance premiums are paid 100% by PayByPhone with 100% emergency medical travel coverage, 80% coverage for all else, and 50% for major dental procedures for all employees. Additionally, permanent full-time team members have a Health Care Spending Account to help off-set the 20% differential and more, as well as a Personal Spending Account, to accommodate different personal needs. We have reduced on-call for our most impacted area by partnering with our European team to cover calls during our sleep hours and to call upon our North American team only when critical so that we may continue to support everyone’s well-being. We continue to work on finding solutions for other areas that occasionally get called, while recognizing that we are a global payments firm and this will always be a reality, as such, we compensate with both pay and time off in lieu.
