Since being purchased by corpay, everything has gone downhill. Culture has turned to corporate America from 20 years ago. Benefits reduced (eg, elimination of health spending account), benefit premiums are now partially taken from paychecks, HR based in US and they are not very knowledgeable on how things work in BC. New parent company seems heartless and complains teams are not outputting fast enough.
