good atmosphere, empowerment culture, education reimbursement,great place to learn how to manage multitask job quickly and efficiently. Great CS training, especially call contol with human to human emphasis
Cons
within last year company's politics changed dramatically, it is currently employee unfriendly, severe tech issue followed by unrealistic targets cause a lot of stress, lack of career opportunity
