We are glad that you enjoy the camaraderie in the PayPal office provided through opportunities like family events and holiday parties. We always encourage our managers and team members to communicate openly with each other regarding their work and to ensure that feedback is provided whenever possible. We also strive to offer additional learning opportunities to any employees who expresses interest in broadening their knowledge of the company and our business. Through our PayPal Learning group we have a full curriculum of leadership and professional/technical skill building in support of our employees continuous education. We also have a tuition reimbursement program.In regards to compensation, we are regularly reviewing this across geographic locations to ensure that we are competitive within the markets that we operate in. We also regularly reach out to employees to get feedback on what is important to them and seek to offer other benefits. In the Baltimore offices, this includes such perks as the free sodas in the break room you mention, as well as a free fitness center/gym with on site physical trainers and on site food vendors with reduced cost meals. In addition, PayPal recently launched its first employee engagement survey as in independent company. This will provide us with the current opinion of employees on many company policies including benefits and allow us to enhance employee morale.
