      Pros

      Good compensation, great benefits, fun people to work with, challenging to collect on large accounts without any leverage, and opportunity to advance.

      Cons

      Managers are extremely incompetent, highly hypocritical, and it can be hard to get your point across to them. Management needs work.

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
