Good benefits. CEO trying to bring good changes.
Cons
Leaders (VP and above) don't get along and don't work together. Focus on pleasing leaders rather than doing what is right for the customer. Lot of legacy, both in PayPal and acquired companies. Growth is based on being in the club rather than performance. Most top ranked employees have already left.
