      Pros

      PayPal is an awesome company to learn more about payments and e-commerce technologies. What it takes to build a "real business" processing ~4000$ per second Great place to get a name brand experience - wish they treated good employees better!

      Cons

      The management is good but not what it takes to be leaders of a top 10 internet company - lack the vision and the ability to empower employees to be able to execute on vision

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Cons

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
