If this is a tech company then is this a service company or a product one. <.> archaic technology in the core paypal technology stack <.> Middle management is more of politicians than engineering manager. <.> Team works in silo and they are more interested in "passing the buck" than helping customer. <.> Working more than 4 years makes you almost un-employable
