Pros
I was based in Paris office where people are smart and collaborative. Leadership is very responsive to people's needs and feedback. You get to work on interesting products. Great opportunities for change of roles internally.
Cons
A lot of major decisions on new or existing products/ initiatives are made out of the US. Due to company being regulated in Europe, need a vast number of sign-offs if want to implement a change/ new product. Without speaking much french, I often felt isolated socially as people tend to be quite insensitive if they have one foreigner among all French person crowd.
