      Pros

      Few nice people to work with but not allowed to talk much

      Cons

      Retaliation by leadership for giving feedback. Disorganized segment with poor service levels. Agents are allowed to perform poorly and they get rewarded with bonuses, especially males. Not a female friendly zone. Males are groomed for promotion. Entire teams are comprised of males only.

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Cons

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
