There is no room to do anything in your career. Everything is hourly and the average age has got to be just out of high school. They force you to have a development plan, but it is all for show as there is no where to go. This is a great place if you have a high school education or got a college degree in theater, but if you are a business professional, know that the job you take is the job you will have until you decide to leave.
