Pros
Nice work environment, nice office infrastructure and diverse culture. It is everything a graduate can expect as a first job after graduation in technology.
Cons
No cons really. Maybe because the main office in India is in Chennai and many people, especially those from north, will not prefer it is a working place because of the culture and weather.
