Business Outlook
Pros
Stock Performance. With one exception (that I know of), company's external ethics and contribution to global commerce with ethical stance over Humane factors such as Diversity/LGBT/Women/Travel Ban etc. Mid-level technology (descent among financial companies)
Cons
Unfair promotions and internal project assignment. Root cause may be acquisition of an Israeli startup with culture of promoting their own people which created an unacceptable culture which later got follow by Chinese mid-level management too. Mid-level technology (not the best/first among technology/fintech companies)
