Focus on politics. A top heavy company where politics is key for survival. Every director/senior director has his/her own agendas and no one worries about work. If you are on their side all is well else will you be singled out. Frequent reorgs due to domain grabbing and realignments. Promotion are random. Too much focus on diversity. Different opinions are not respected and disagreement with your boss is looked down upon. Yes boss culture. Extreme focus on perception management vs the actual work. Firing is too frequent and mostly based on people alignment.
