      Cool work culture, flexible timings, WFH options, a LOT of extra benefits

      Cons

      If unlucky then may get stuck in some politics. Location is chennai which becomes a BIG factor in good people moving out of the company(bangalore has started just now)

      Great people, smart people. With new CEO, maybe things will get back

      Been a horrible last 3 years. Non-stop re-offs, new leadership that cut everyone and brought in new people who don’t know anything. No clear priorities, no leadership.
