      Flexible work timings, less work at times. The pros depend on the team you are in.

      Cons

      Everything else. Toxic team culture, no respect for people's time, place is ruled by old timers, lots of team politics, outdated work

      Great people but that may be team dependent.

      Cons

      Culture is very team dependent. Slow to build things but that's probably to downside to corporate... it all depends on the team that you're on
